HONG Zhenmu, XU Junming
2014, 44(12): 967-974. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.001
Abstract:
A subset F of edges in a connected graph G is a restricted edge-cut if G-F is disconnected and every component has at least two vertices. A graph G is super restricted edge-connected (super-λ′ for short) if every minimum restricted edge-cut of G isolates at least one edge. The edge fault-tolerance ρ′(G) of a super-λ′ graph G is the maximum integer m for which G-F is still super-λ′ for any subset FE(G) with |F|≤m. It was shown that

2014, 44(12): 975-981. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.002
Abstract:
Let H be a subgroup of G. H is said to be partially s-permutable in G provided G has a subnormal subgroup T such that G=HT and H∩T≤HsT, where HsT is the subgroup of H generated by all the subgroups of H which permute with all the Sylow subgroups of T. Here, partially s-permutable subgroups were used to study the structure of finite groups and some new criteria of p-nilpotent groups and p-supersoluble groups were obtained.

2014, 44(12): 991-995. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.005
Abstract:
According to the structure of negacyclic codes over ring Fq+uFq, the negacyclic codes of arbitrary lengths over ring Fq+uFq+u2Fq were studied. Bying ring homomorphism, the structure of negacyclic codes over ring Fq+uFq+u2Fq of length n were given, the dual codes of these negacyclic codes were studied, and the self-dual negacyclic codes over the ring were also studied. The results show that self-dual negacyclic codes over ring Fq+uFq+u2Fq exist if and only if p=2.

2014, 44(12): 996-1000. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.006
Abstract:
3,4,9,10-perylene-tetracarboxylic-dianhydride (PTCDA) nanostructures were prepared on glass substrate in a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) system via physical vapor deposition (PVD) method. Scanning/transmission electron microscopy (SEM/TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet visible absorption spectra (UV-vis) and photoluminescence emission (PL) techniques were applied for the systematic characterizations of the morphologies and optical properties of those nanostructures. It was found that the morphologies of PTCDA nanostructures were mainly affected by substrate temperature (Ts) and the formation of single crystalline PTCDA nanorods and nanowires were correlated well with the traditional vapor-solid (VS) nucleation mechanism. XRD study indicated that only the α-PTCDA was formed regardless of the Ts. However, differences in size and crystallinity of the nanostructures caused a subsequent change in their optical properties.

2014, 44(12): 1001-1006. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.007
Abstract:
The blast-wave model based on the Tsallis statistics (TBW model) was used to study the particle production in 200 GeV d+Au collisions at RHIC. Light hadrons and J/Ψ transverse-momentum spectra at both mid-rapidity and forward/backward rapidity were analyzed. It was found that a non-zero radial flow for light hadrons, indicating a strong cold nuclear matter (CNM) effect in d+Au collisions. J/Ψ shows a finite radial flow at the backward rapidity. This result may imply the onset of initial state color glass condensate (CGC) in the d+Au collision system.

WANG Guimei, CHEN Hongli
2014, 44(12): 1007-1013. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.008
Abstract:
The primary heat exchanger is a key heat transfer component for lead-based reactors, which directly affects the economy and security of the reactor. Here, based on the model of heat exchanger of a lead-based natural circulation reactor, the influences of the tube length, outer diameter, wall thickness and tube pitch on the thermal-hydraulic analyses were discussed. JF factor was used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the heat exchanger, on the basis of which, the best structure parameter A1B2C1D2 was determined by using CR and SN factor. The results show that tube length makes a greatest contribution to comprehensive performance, and the influence of tube pitch is almost negligible.
Influence of the spallation production to the proton tube of ADS
ZHAO Zijia, CHEN Hongli
2014, 44(12): 1014-1018. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.009
Abstract:
A spallation target and a proton accelerator were needed for an accelerator driven sub-critical system (ADS) to provide continual neutron sources for the blanket. For the windowed target, light nuclides easily permeate the interface of the proton tube and target. The influence of light spallation productions on the vacuum of the proton tube was analysed. First software was used to simulate the spallation production yields, then, in combined the permeation and flow conductance calculation, pressure in the proton tube was obtained. At last, parameters of PDS-XADS were partly used to give a numerical result to get a visual impression.
Impact of asset price bubble on market risk based on quantile regression model
LENG Dong, BA Shusong
2014, 44(12): 1019-1023. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.010
Abstract:
Asset price bubble is the deviation of price from the fundamental values. The existence of a bubble changes investors expectations, boosts asset prices and causes investors to underestimate risk, and endangers the stability of market operation. Here, the bubble of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market was measured, and the impact of bubbles on market risk based on quantile regression model was studied. The results show that market risk is correlated with bubbles; the larger the bubble, the greater the risk, and the greater its impacts on long-term risk than on short-term risk. Both short-term bubble and long-term bubble affect market risk: while in the short term, a bubble boosts asset prices and reduces risk; while in the long term, the probability of a bubbles collapse increases, thus increasing market risk.
The equilibrium of principal-agent between principal and experts in group decision making

2014, 44(12): 1024-1032. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.011
Abstract:
There are two game relations in group-decision-making in which decision promoters and experts have inconsistent benefits, one is the relationship between promoters and experts, the other is static game of complete information relationship among experts. Three basic axioms were given, and the influence of a principals goal attainment on an experts payoff was discussed. Comparative analysis of several game models was carried out. The results show that, the principals optimal choice is the game model with experts payoff which contains a deviation penalty function. In addition, the domain of definition of deviation penalty function is only part of the deviation interval. The experts optimal choice is to invest constantly until the deviation of estimation satisfying the request of principal. Finally, the two equilibriums are both achieved. The principal-agent equilibrium satisfies incentive compatibility constraint, thus realizing the benefits of both the principal and the agent.

2014, 44(12): 1033-1040. doi: 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2014.12.012
Abstract:
The influences of technology business incubators on both regional economic convergence and regional innovative convergence were examined based on the panel data of Chinese national technology business incubators and the provincial capital cities that hosted them from 2008 to 2012, via σ and β convergence analysis. The results indicated that there existed economic convergence both nationwide and in different regions (i.e., east, midland and west), especially in the case of the eastern region. However, technology business incubators do not contribute to economic convergence. Similarly, there existed innovation convergence both nationwide and in different regions (i.e., east, midland and west), especially in the case of the midland region. Moreover, technology business incubators speeded up the convergence process of innovative ability, especially in the case of the western regions. The relevant policy proposals were given at last based on these findings.
